All copyrights to all works belong to me (ENDY).
All produced works are for broadcasting use.
Any use for purposes other than broadcasting requires the purchase of copyright.
With copyright purchase, merchandise production and commissioning other artists for new outfits and assets are permitted.
Additional fees may apply depending on the difficulty of the work.
The final deliverables and all work-in-progress may be uploaded as portfolio samples and to promotional SNS.
The portfolio disclosure date can be specified, and an additional fee will apply. (ex: disclosed after debut)
Permanent non-disclosure is not possible.Payment & Refund
Payment is made via bank transfer.
10% of the quoted price is a deposit and is non-refundable if the application is canceled.
If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours after the quotation is provided, the reservation will be automatically canceled and the slot will be passed to the next person.
50% of the quoted price must be paid before work begins.
The final deliverables will be provided after full payment has been completed.
Refunds are not possible once work has begun.
